Situated in a prime Ponsonby location with city views, BizDojo’s co-working space required an artisan and creative design style when it came to incorporating greenery. Steel plant rings were manufactured and aged to produce an industrial-looking finish and were hung from the steel mesh frame built over the indoor café, and from various interior walls. A first-of-its-kind plant curtain has been planted along the full-length north facing windows and, as they grow, plant tendrils will drape down creating a beautiful filtered light. Huge bird of paradise plants were introduced with a mix of other tropical plants to give an indoor jungle effect.
