Its form draws on the notion of an oyster with a hard, crunchy, raw exterior and refined, soft and silky interior. The rough concrete pots that beckon guest to enter, complement the hard, stark exterior. Once inside a visual feast awaits with soft and frothy plants sitting alongside comfortable and sleek furniture. Rooms open onto private courtyards surrounding in expertly-tended plant screens. In outdoor social areas, all senses have been considered including the scent of plants, curated to provide a fragrant ambience. Edible plants were incorporated into the restaurant seating areas giving a sense of abundance and delight.
