Simpson Grierson’s Wellington workplace shows how commercial greenery can be both visually impactful and meaningful. The project was developed with one of our long-term collaborators, Warren and Mahoney. Visitors to Simpson Grierson are immediately drawn to a collection of handcrafted moss panels. Each panel is inset into the ceiling and illustrates the expertise of our in-house moss artists, as well as our design and engineering teams.
In total, over 200 plants are weaved throughout the workspace. Using a combination of free-standing planters, potted plants, tambours and troughs, our plant designers have added texture, imparted colour, and helped realise the client’s vision for a desirable work environment. Plantscaping by Outside In extends throughout the building. You’ll also find our work in the Atrium and Generator Bowen Campus at 40 Bowen Street.
