A straightforward project can be completed in as little as 2 weeks. For larger or custom-manufactured projects, please allow 6–10 weeks for design, production, and installation.

We generally reserve our design resources for projects where we also manage the installation and ongoing maintenance.
Yes, we’re happy to complete installations outside of normal business hours to minimise disruption to your business. Please note that additional charges may apply for work carried out outside our standard hours.
Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager, no matter where your site is located in New Zealand. Your account manager is your go-to contact for anything related to your greenery, including maintenance issues, support, or planning additional planting if needed.
Yes, we offer virtual consultations when needed. With an accurate floorplan, we can usually work through most design requirements remotely.
